Our website operates with "per item" shipping calculations. This is because our product offering is shipped from many different locations. If you submit an order for multiple items, it is very likely they will all arrive in different packages. Sometimes, if you are ordering more than one of the same or similar items, we can have all those items ship from the same facility and combine the shipping - thereby reducing the shipping total amount.
If you think that we might be able to consolidate your shipping - please Contact Us before or immediately after placing your order. We can make shipping adjustments to orders already placed - but not yet shipped.
Our Rates start at $4.95 for a shirt via USPS First Class Mail....and $9.95 for a shoe, dvd, book, poster via USPS Priority Mail. For information on International Shipping Click Here.
Our primary shipping service is the United States Postal Service. The USPS offers Delivery Confirmation numbers for First Class and Priority services - these are not truly Tracking Numbers - but merely evidence that your order has been shipped and proof of delivery. Both of these services typically take 2 to 5 days depending on where your are located and where your order is shipped from. We will always try to place your order with the closest store with the item in stock - our goal is to keep your delivery time to a minimum. We do offer Express Mail service by the USPS. This service does offer Tracking Numbers and usually takes 1 to 2 days.
Most non-customized items are completed and shipped within 4 business days. Most customized items are completed and shipped within 8 business days. Shipping method selected will not speed up the processing time of an order, just the transit time. During busy shopping seasons (like Christmas, World Cups, Euro Championships, Beginning of a new Club Season, etc) please allow for a few additional processing days. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by email within that same time frame.
When you submit your order it will be marked at "Processing" in our system. In most cases our payment processor will obtain payment immediately. If there are any problems with product availability or you choose to cancel your order we will reverse all charges. Once we have confirmation that your order has shipped we will update your order with the Package Number and mark the order as "Shipped". At that time you will receive an automatic email letting you know the order has been shipped in the last few days, including the package number and a re-cap of the order information.
