• OPTIONAL -- 1 cent per email for non-targeted email newsletters (available to 1 member store each week). Store will be given first chance to fill any orders generated from this email for a 7 day period. Other member stores will be given opportunity to honor any promotions if purchasing store runs out of stock.
• OPTIONAL – 25 cents per email for targeted email newsletters. Filter addresses based on purchase history by item or department; location; spending history; tendency to use coupons, etc. Store will be given first chance to fill any orders generated from this email for a 7 day period. Other member stores will be given opportunity to honor any promotions if purchasing store runs out of stock.
SOCCERSTORE.com reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Member stores will be give at least 14 days notice of any price changes.
Some of Our Rules for Member Stores:
• Must process and ship orders within 2 business days, but aim to process and ship by the next business day.
• Must email tracking information to SOCCERSTORE.com on day of shipping.
• Must be able to respond to problems with orders within ˝ business day.
• Must have access to USPS shipping and 1 of UPS/FedEx/DHL.
• Must insure every package or cover costs of loss.
• Must have access to email and regularly check email during day.
• Must be able to professionally package orders for shipment.
• Must we willing to accept returned merchandise if shipped from store.
• Member store will rectify mis-shipped orders and cover all costs for mis-shipped orders.
• Member store will furnish SOCCERSTORE.com copies of paperwork for any claims filed with shipping companies for lost or damaged packages.
• Mystery shoppers and Customer surveys will be used periodically to verify quality control of shipping and order fulfillment.
• Member stores will make at least 12 items available for sale on SOCCERSTORE.com
• Member stores will not include any advertising or promotional materials with orders other than those provided by SOCCERSTORE.com.
• Member stores will not contact SOCCERSTORE.com customers directly – all customer service will be handled by our staff.
• Member stores agree to update their “products offered” list at least monthly.
• Member stores may be removed from the network at any time for the violation of these or any other rules at the discretion of SOCCERSTORE.com.
Other details:
• SOCCERSTORE.com will advertise a “Standard USPS” shipping for $5.95 (jersey) and $11.95 (shoe). Orders submitted with “Standard USPS” shipping will be sent USPS First Class w/ delivery confirmation or USPS Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation depending on weight. Alternate shipping options will be offered: Ground, 3Day, 2Day and Overnight.
• Each item will have its own shipping charge since it is common for more than one member store to fill multiple item orders.
• International orders will be consolidated for shipping at SOCCERSTORE.com. Member stores will receive notification by email (similar to a domestic orders), but send item to SOCCERSTORE.com in Reno, NV instead of direct to customer.
• SOCCERSTORE.com will continue to maintain a house account concentrating on more unique replica items. Member stores may purchase these items at 10% over our cost.
• Packing receipt will include both logo and address of Member Store and logo of SOCCERSTORE.com
• Member stores and SOCCERSTORE.com will share customer shipping data including recipient name and shipping address.
