Member Store Owners and their Representatives understand that:
1. Member stores must process and ship orders within 2 business days, but aim to process and ship by the next business day.
2. Member stores must email tracking information to SOCCERSTORE.com on day of shipping.
3. Member stores must be able to respond to problems with orders within ½ business day.
4. Member stores must have access to USPS shipping and 1 of UPS/FedEx/DHL.
5. Member stores must insure every package or cover costs of loss.
6. Member stores must have access to email and regularly check email during day.
7. Member stores must be able to professionally package orders for shipment.
8. All shipping labels for SOCCERSTORE.com orders will include both SOCCERSTORE.com and the member store name and address.
9. Member stores must be willing to accept returned merchandise if shipped from store.
10. Member store will rectify incorrectly shipped orders and cover all costs for incorrectly shipped orders provided correct information was furnished to member store.
11. Member store will furnish SOCCERSTORE.com copies of paperwork for any claims filed with shipping companies for lost or damaged packages.
12. Member stores will make at least 12 items available for sale on SOCCERSTORE.com.
13. Member stores will not include any advertising or promotional materials with orders other than those provided by SOCCERSTORE.com.
14. Member stores will not contact SOCCERSTORE.com customers directly regarding a SOCCERSTORE.com order.
15. Member stores agree to update their products offered list at least monthly.
16. Member stores may be removed from the network at any time for the violation of these or any other rules at the discretion of SOCCERSTORE.com.
17. SOCCERSTORE.com will employ the use of mystery shoppers and customer surveys to verify quality control of shipping and order fulfillment.
18. SOCCERSTORE.com will retain 10% of total sales invoice plus any monthly fees from member store payments.
19. SOCCERSTORE.com will send payment for sales twice each month.
20. SOCCERSTORE.com does not collect sales tax and is not registered to collect sales tax in any state other than Nevada.
21. SOCCERSTORE.com may adjust member rules and/or pricing at anytime.
22. Member stores can remove themselves from SOCCERSTORE.com at anytime.
