International Customers:
Our default shipping rates are for delivery within the United States. Customers from outside the USA will view our default rates until they have either logged into an account or submitted an International delivery address during the first step of Checkout. Once an International address has been submitted, the rates will be adjusted for review before submitting the final order.
Our company works with a network of retail stores located across the United States. Our partner stores ship orders directly to our domestic customers, but not all of them are capable of shipping Internationally. Items ordered for International shipping might require consolidated in our main facility in Reno, Nevada USA. Please allow at least 8 business days to process your order. Once we receive your order in our main facility we will re-package and ship Internationally.
We use USPS Priority International and USPS International Express Mail for all our International deliveries. Click here for more information on Priority International. Click here for more information on International Express Mail. As you are ordering from another country you may be charges customs or duties fees by your countries Customs Authority. Your shipping fee collected by us at checkout does not cover these fees. You are responsible for paying customs/duties charges. We do not maintain a database of every countries duties fees - you will need to contact your Customs Authority to determine the amount they will charge you. If an order is returned to us due to non-payment of customs or duties - we will refund the price of the item, but the shipping charges will not be refunded. If the postal service charges us for the return postage for non-payment of customs or duties that amount will also be deducted from the merchandise price.
We will always indicate the full value of the merchandise that you are ordering on the customs documentation. You package will be insured for the amount on the Customs Forms. We can mark the package a Gift if you are sending a gift. Please make that request in the text box during checkout.
When you submit your order with an International Credit Card it will be marked at "Processing" in our system. It will remain "Processing" until your package has been shipped and we update your order with the Package Number and mark the order as "Shipped". At that time you will receive an automatic email letting you know the order has been shipped in the last few days, including the package number and a re-cap of the order information.
When we receive an order from a new customer with an International Credit Card we typically must contact your bank to confirm your billing and shipping information. This is a process we must perform for every online order to prevent credit card fraud. Unfortunately, some banks do not respond to our requests. If you bank does not respond and we can not confirm your address using alternate sources, we will send you an email requesting a faxed or scanned copy of both sides of your credit card and a Picture ID with your billing address as submitted.
