Delivery Times (including customized and non-customized orders)
Most non-customized items are completed and shipped within 4 business days. Most customized items are completed and shipped within 8 business days. These time frames are not guaranteed, but represent typical processing/customizing time. The shipping method selected will not speed up the processing time of an order, just the transit time. During busy shopping seasons (like Christmas, World Cups, Euro Championships, Beginning of a new Club Season, etc) please allow for a few additional processing days. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by email within that same time frame. We do not offer telephone support. Our product selection is shipped from various locations. If you order more than one item it is likely that your order will arrive in multiple packages. Our goal is to place your order with the closest location with an item in stock and thereby reduce transit time.
Orders for some of the items available on our website are filled through affiliate and partner relationships. Customers that submit an order on our site are giving us permission to pass along payment information to our affiliates and partners for the purpose of processing the order. All payment information is kept completely secure. If a payment is to be processed by anyone other than SoccerStore.com, the customer is notified of the name of the company posting the charge as the order moves into the Packing or Customizing phase. In the event that a customer has a return to be processed or a dispute with one of our affiliates or partners, we will assist in getting the matter resolved, however customers are aware that only the company that posts a charge can refund a charge.
Due to the fact that our product offering is comprised of many different inventories and those inventories are constantly changing, occasionally our partners have sold out of an item that is posted on our site as available. When this occurs we will try and place your order with one of our other affiliates or partners, however if we can not we will notify you as soon as we are aware the item is not available. Usually, this is before any charges have been posted.
