- Orders may be returned for exchange, credit or refund provided they are in a sale-able and brand new condition.
- Please contact us by telephone, email or online form to inform us of your intent to return.
- All tags must be attached and proper boxes must accompany the returned item.
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Your return must be postmarked no later than 45 days after receiving your order.
- Customers that have selected the wrong size, wrong item or do not like the the item that they selected will be refunded or credited for the merchandise cost.
- A staff member will evaluate each return. Credit will only be issued after we have been able to evaluate the item.
- Shoe and glove returns must be packaged as they were received (for example: shoe box within a pair of shoes). Damaged or taped product boxes will void any returns without exception.
- Shoe returns must show absolutely no sign of wear. Any dirt or grass, no matter how small, will void any RMA.
- The return period for defective footwear and equipment (blowouts, tears, etc.) will be dictated by the manufacturer without exception. Customers who have an approved manufacturers defect return will receive product exchange.
NOTES:
Customized items, like jerseys with printed names and numbers, or Special Orders are not returnable unless they arrive with incorrect printing or damaged printing. Jersey printing that peels after 30 days is not valid for refund or return, however our customers may mail their shirts in for re-pressing of the customization materials with an RMA Request.
The term defective does not cover performance or durability concerns. Most of our soccer shoes and goalkeeper gloves are professional quality, therefore designed for maximum touch and minimum weight...not durability. High quality soccer shoes and gloves will wear out quickly. Professional quality merchandise also does not guarantee a better performance on the soccer field. Evaluate all of your purchases indoors on a carpeted surface. Once used, no matter for how long or short a period, an item is not returnable.
