Delivery Times (including customized and non-customized orders)

Most non-customized items are completed and shipped within 4 business days. Most customized items are completed and shipped within 8 business days. These time frames are not guaranteed, but represent typical processing/customizing time.  The shipping method selected will not speed up the processing time of an order, just the transit time. During busy shopping seasons (like Christmas, World Cups, Euro Championships, Beginning of a new Club Season, etc) please allow for a few additional processing days. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by email within that same time frame.  We do not offer telephone support.  The best and fastest method of communication with our staff is email or Live Help.

To ensure receipt of our correspondence, make sure to the "soccerstore.com" domain to your approved senders list for your SPAM filters. All of our communication with you will be via email.

Our product selection is shipped from various locations. If you order more than one item it is likely that your order will arrive in multiple packages.  Our goal is to place your order with the closest location with an item in stock and thereby reduce transit time.  However, if the item that you have ordered is no longer available from our domestic partners, we will have your order shipped from an International supplier.  International shipping typically will take 5 to 10 days.  If there is a cost difference for sourcing your order internationally, we will contact you by email for additional payment.  If there is no cost difference - we will proceed automatically.  Submitting your order indicates that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
