Ordering a customized jersey with 1 type of customization available
This example demonstrates how to order a customized jersey when only one type of customization is offered. In this example we are ordering a Bayern Munich Home jersey....only our Standard (non-official) printing is available for this jersey.
When we initially get to the product page the options will look like this:

If you would like to order a customized version of this jersey (in this example we would like to add KLOSE #18) the options should look like this:

Note that the price in the image above has adjusted to reflect the customization fee - this is done automatically when you select the "with Standard Name and #" option.
Ordering with only 1 customization option is fairly straightforward, however there are couple of incorrect combinations. Submitting your order with incorrect options will delay your order until we can confirm your selection. Here are a couple of incorrect examples:
Incorrect #1 - Below the customer did not select "with Standard Name and #". Notice the price has not been adjusted to reflect the customization fee.

Incorrect #2 - Below the customer did not enter anything in the "Enter Name and #" box. In this case we don't know what they would like on the jersey - or whether they wanted customization at all. Notice the price has been adjusted to reflect the customization fee.

Ordering a customized jersey with 2 types of customization available
These examples demonstrates how to order a customized jersey when there are two types of customization offered. In this example we are ordering an Arsenal Home jersey....we offer both the official English Premier League (EPL) letters and numbers as well as our Standard (non-official) printing for this jersey. If you are ordering a different jersey the options might look a little different in that there are different styles and players offered for each jersey. However, the ordering process is the same.
When we initially get to the product page the options will look like this:

If you would like to order a customized version of this jersey with Official EPL printing for one of the players we offer in the drop down list the options should look like this:

Note that the price in the image above has adjusted to reflect the customization fee for an Official Name and Number - this is done automatically when you select the players NAME and # from the list.
If you would like to order a customized version of this jersey with Official EPL printing for a Name and Number that is not one of the players in the drop down list the options should look like this:

Note that the price in the image above has adjusted to reflect the customization fee for an Official Name and Number - this is done automatically when you select the "Other EPL NAME and #" from the list.
If you would like to order a customized version of this jersey with our Standard (non-official) printing the options should look like this:

Note that the price in the image above has adjusted to reflect the customization fee for a Standard Name and Number - this is done automatically when you select the "with Standard NAME and #" from the list.
This process can cause some confusion....and there are a few incorrect combinations unique to a product with two types of customization. Submitting your order with incorrect options will delay your order until we can confirm your selection. Here are some incorrect examples:
Incorrect #1 - Below the customer has selected two types of customization. We can only apply one type of customization to each jersey. Notice the price has not been adjusted to reflect bothe the customization fees.

Incorrect #2 - Below the customer has selected any customization option, but entered a Name and Number in the box. In this case we don't know what type of customization they would like - and the price has not been adjusted to include any customization fees.

Ordering a customized jersey with sleeve patches available
This example demonstrates how to order a customized jersey by adding Official League sleeve patches. In this example we are ordering a Manchester United Ronaldo #7 jersey....only the Official English Premier League (EPL) Champions patches are offered for this jersey.
When we initially get to the product page the options will look like this:

If you would like to add patches to this jersey the options should look like this:

Note that the price in the image above has adjusted to reflect the customization fee - this is done automatically when you select the "with EPL Champions Patches" option.
The patches option is available on many of the items we offer in conjunction with both Standard and Official customization options.
