Today, our main office is located in Reno, Nevada. We operate in partnership with a network of independent retail soccer shops and vendors across the United States and Abroad. Our relationship with these partners allows us to offer the widest possible selection (including some unique items traditionally only offered outside the USA) and the shortest possible shipping time at standard rates. Most of our orders are processed, shipped and billed by our partner stores. We match each order submitted with the closest shop in our network with that size or color in stock. The result is usually a much shorter time from order submission to receipt for majority of our customers. As all of our partner shops inventory is not linked in real-time, there are occasions when an order becomes delayed or is unfill-able due to a shop selling the last one of particular size or color prior to updating the inventory database. In those cases we aim to either place the order with the next closest shop or, if the item is no longer available, let the consumer know in a timely manner. All of our communications are via Email and Live Chat. We do not provide any support or service via telephone.
